Formed in various disciplines such as painting, drawing, engraving, sculpture and jewelry, Tania Font has worked on stage work for theatre and television in numerous projects, as well as on the making of hyperrealist scientific sculpture for museums alongside numerous sculptors, such as biologist Ramon López.
Her production as an artist, focusing on sculpture and painting, is noted for the presence of the human figure, with a special focus on women. With the desire to explain subjective experiences, her work reflects on the construction and deconstruction of the female subject, as well as the difficult relationship women have had with the word: a long history of silences.
